Is your group missing?
This website is a resource hub for citizen science researchers and practitioners in the UK. It aims to be support people who use citizen science methods, or are interested in doing so, to:
learn more about citizen science: what it is, how to do it, and best practice;
connect with others doing citizen science research in the UK;
discover places to find the latest UK citizen science research, resources, training opportunities, and key UK and international events.
We launched this hub in April 2026 and are currently working to include more information. We are keen to feature research groups, organisations or networks in the UK which use, study or teach citizen science methodologies. If you are part of such a group, please use this short group details form to send us information.
Inclusive Citizen Science is the citizen science research group at the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) at York.
This website is deliberately simple, including a few key citizen science resources but primarily signposting to existing sources of information online. The inclusion of groups or resources does not imply endorsement.
